Facilities
There is plenty to do when you get here at Tyn Cornel and we like to think we have everything you’ll need for an enjoyable stay. We are a small, relaxed, family-run campsite but with a four star level of camping facilities.
After a day exploring the national park or playing on the water it’s good to know you can come back to a nice hot shower and a relaxing camp fire.
We also have a sister site based on the banks of the River Dee in Llangollen that welcomes motor homes and camping called Llandyn.

HOT SHOWERS
Free hot showers in our high quality amenities block, camping doesn’t have to mean roughing it!
WIFI
Wifi is free here – if you do need to stay connected you’ll have access from most of the campsite.
LAUNDRY
Laundry facilities include: Washing machine, tumble dryer and a hand washing sink.
RIVER ACCESS
Easy access for kayaking, canoeing or white water rafting on the awesome River Tryweryn.
WASHING UP
Sheltered washing up sinks. Hot water, a fridge and a freezer with ice blocks.
PICNIC TABLES
Some next to your pitch, some by the river, some covered with roofs, all in great spots.
SHOP
We have a small shop on site selling camping essentials and items you may have forgotten.
PLAYING FIELD
A large grassy field for the kids to let off steam. Great for family ball games!
ELECTRICITY
All of our touring pitches have 16 amp electrical hook-ups as standard.
FIREPITS
Campfires are allowed on site using wood purchased onsite. We have some firepits available to hire on site.
DOG WALKING
Dogs are welcome and we have a dog walk area for you to exercise your four-legged friend.
RIVERSIDE WALK
Enjoy a beautiful walk along the river accessed straight from the campsite.
